The 3.0 TDI Gen 2 engine valley is packed with the EGR cooler, coolant hoses, seals, and heat-cycled plastic components. Getting to them is already a major job. Putting the same aging plastic back in while everything is apart makes little sense.

This kit lets you handle the entire valley in one shot.

It removes the EGR cooler and replaces the factory plastic coolant components with CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, while replacing every coolant hose in the valley with OAT-compatible silicone.

No piecing together a delete kit from multiple vendors. No hunting down clamps, caps, hoses, seals, and fittings halfway through the install.

More than an EGR delete kit

Most delete kits give you a few blockoff plates and leave the rest of the aging cooling system untouched.

This kit is designed as a complete EGR delete + valley refresh.

Get the heat-cycled plastic out of the valley

The factory coolant components live deep inside one of the hottest and most difficult-to-access areas of the engine.

Our replacement components are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to eliminate the factory plastic pieces from the valley. The coolant hoses are replaced at the same time, so you are not tearing the intake back apart later because an old hose or plastic fitting decided it was next.
