Description
The factory Aisin 0C8 transmission uses a plastic level-set tube as part of the transmission fill, drain, and fluid-level-setting system. It does the job, but it is still a threaded plastic part living inside a hot transmission and being removed during service. This replacement upgrades the factory piece to CNC-machined aluminum with a protective anodized finish, giving you a much more durable component without changing its original function. Why upgrade it? The factory plastic tube can become brittle with age, deform, or suffer thread damage during repeated transmission servicing. The aluminum replacement provides:
